Come to historic Roswell on Sunday, April 26 where five blocks of Canton Street will be turned into a pedal-pedestrian park. Roswell Moves! is presented by Top Job Beverage and Events, an “open streets” event with activities, games and demonstrations to promote healthy lifestyles for the entire family. Roswell Moves! is managed by Bike Roswell!, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization with a mission to advocate for safe cycling and improved infrastructure in the City of Roswell.
Roads used for Roswell Moves! will close to motorized vehicles from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Live music presented by Atlanta Plays it Forward and Rock N' Taco will be part of the festivities, with a stage on both ends of the street. Free activities on Canton Street begin at 11 a.m. with the Family Bike Parade and Opening Ceremonies. All wheels are welcome as Bike Roswell! leads the parade from the Heart of Roswell Park to Woodstock Road and back. Wear a helmet and bring your own pedal-powered vehicle. There will be a full day of activities for dancing, pedaling, running, skating, stretching, twirling, and walking!
