For those looking for a quick meal on the go, the options tend to lean toward the unhealthy side. But now, customers don’t have to sacrifice their health for convenience thanks to Eat Fit Go.
Eat Fit Go opened its first store in 2016 in Nebraska. Since then, there are more than 38 stores nationwide, including three in the Atlanta area, one located at 5530 Windward Pkwy, Suite C325, which opened in September.
“Eat Fit Go is modern, healthy, convenient and cool,” said Ben Case, owner. “We have a no-nonsense, transparent approach to our food and our brand. Our ingredients are listed directly on the label down to the spice. Our stores are clean, and shopping at Eat Fit Go is informative in an experiential way.”
The concept for the franchise was simple, Case said.
Imagine going into a grocery store and picking out your favorite ingredients, but instead of having to then assemble all those ingredients, you walk out of the store with freshly prepared meals already perfectly portioned in containers, Case said. All you have to do now is warm them up and enjoy.
The refrigerators at Eat Fit Go are stocked with a wide variety of pre-packaged, ready-to-eat meals and snacks. Meals are made fresh daily with simple ingredients clearly listed on the package, and almost all with fewer than 600 calories.
Eat Fit Go offers delicious meals to fit into any lifestyle or diet, whether you're looking for Keto, Paleo, gluten-free and low sodium options. Our meals scan directly into MyFitnessPal App and convert to Weight Watchers points, so staying on track with your health goals is simple. We have meal plans for individuals, and also work with corporate wellness, fitness instructors and gyms as well as catering.
Because of this concept, Chelsey Moch, area manager for Atlanta, said the response in Alpharetta has been overwhelming.
“It was almost as though people were waiting for something like Eat Fit Go,” Moch said. “We have already seen positive changes in many of our customers, from weight loss, decreased medical issues and increased energy to being able to have more time with family and friends.”
The company plans to open more stores across Atlanta within the next few months.
